Starting A Runscape Private Server - Live Commentary - Help Build Today!

Wow so first commentary ever, sorry if u hate my voice, regardless, i explain pretty much everything in the video. IF YOU WANT TO HELP WRITE CODE/ADVERTISE THIS SERVER, PRIVATE MESSAGE ME ON YOUTUBE. For my end of this guys, I'm willing to help code with you i just need a jumpstart on how to, ill host the server, give co-owner status, and create the forums. I just need a partner who can figure out problems when they come up, code java script, and is willing to spend twenty minutes a day making sure this server is working. Thanks.
