Mate, so how do you rate Rushfit? Is it a good program?

@londo0 10/10, it will help you no matter what sport your in, the programme is awesome if you can follow it correctly, if you find it easy you can always add to it by increasing weight or speed up your reps, one thing i'll say is your body never gets to comfortable with because your changing body parts every workout, all the best mate.

@100stamina Thanks man. I train kickboxing and i noticed that traditional gym (heavy squats, etc) have slowed me down and make it hard to keep up in sparring, so I'm going back to bodyweight exercises.

@londo0 yeah your right, i never see baukaw one of the best muay thai fighters using weights & he has crazy speed & power, i used to be a gym junkie about 15 years ago lol, the training i do now compared to then is way better, & 3 times harder but totally beneficial with only 20lbs dumbells, do you mind if i ask where you train kickboxing at? i'm from Sydney, my gf trains muay thai at Mark Hunts gym.

I trian in Manly in Anthony Lange's MMA gym. It's a real good gym, they have few prof MMA fighters and everyone is real nice. I wonder how Mark Hunt gym is?
I want to try Rushfit mainly for conditioning, basically to replace running. Years of soccer have not been good to my knees so I hope that Rushfit will help my conditioning for kboxing.
I still go to gym once or twice a week, basically just deadlifts and bench in order to maintain strenght.

@londo0 oh yeah sounds like a good gym, Mark's gym is pretty much a fighters gym nothing fancy, they do alot of grappling, sparring & 1 on 1 thai pad work everyday 4 days a week with thai trainer, Sahn has about 40 years experience.I had the same problem, years of soccer, my ankle was really bad i couldn't put alot of pressure on it, i found that Rushfit helped strengthen my joints, its about 90 % better than what it was, dont take notice of my wrist lol, it's stuffed from explosive pushups.
