Answer: laziness and lack of will power.

@SuicidalNun You are very correct that "laziness and lack of will power" added to be being 430lbs at 22 years old. I willl tell you that wasn't so much the case when I was 180lbs by the age of 8 yrs old. At the point of 430lbs, I needed a tool to help me get the weight off quickly so I COULD exercise properly... I could barely move. Now I exercise typically 5 days a week and am becoming a Zumba instructor! Blessings :)

did you gain it back?
masonsbeautymama 3 months ago
@masonsbeautymama No.. I was 430lbs, and as of today I weigh 289. I am 1 yr 8 months post-op. I don't ever think I will gain it ALL back due to the fact that I exercise often. However, I was at one point 269, then stayed at 279 for months, then had really relaxed eating habits, and slacked off on the exercise and got to 298 (this past monday) I have fixed my eating habits and picked up working out everyday again.. and since monday have lost 9lbs. I am working on losing 100 more.
