http://pathtofatloss.com http://transformfxfitness.com Smoker kettlebell intervals that uses ladder style for the repetitions. Example: 5 reps for the first set, rest 30 seconds, 4 reps for the 2nd set, rest 30 seconds, 3 reps for the 3rd set, and so on... Enjoy!

  • *LOL* I had to get used to TWO Kbells swinging thru my legs at the same time instead of one so I had to adjust my stance. It does save time getting both side done at once but one should build up to it with single bell work first.

  • @bladesaint21 I totally agree. If single KB work is hard for someone. They shouldn't attempt to do double KB work. Great input!

  • I've been a fan of KBells for awhile but havnt attempted a double Kbell routine until this morning so I tried your routine. Very challenging! I have a hip issue so I had to avoid the squats. nice quick workout though..thanks!
