Thank you. That's a great work-around. I spend way too long resizing pictures. I will have to get outlook working just for this function.

You are quite welcome. This is the easiest way to resize photos if you were to use them for a blog, word press or just basic website. I found this out a few years ago with Windows XP. I really like this feature in Windows 7 because I don't have to open Photoshop or 3rd part photo software. I am glad that you like this video

@AWD265 You don't have to have Outlook if you can't afford it. You can use Thunderbird. Google It. Youtube won't let me post the link to thunderbird.
