Getting Started with cPanel: Setting up an FTP Account

Please read the description before asking any questions.

Here is a little video tutorial about how to set up your first FTP account via cPanel. You will need:
*cPanel
* FTP Client (I recommend CoreFTP. You can download the free version here:http://www.coreftp.com/download.html)

If you are confused about anything, please DO NOT CONTACT ME FOR HELP. If your FTP Client fails to connect with your file database, try the following:
1) Double-check all information you have inputted. Is it correct?
2) Check your firewall. It may be blocking any incoming/outgoing connections.
and if all else fails, CONTACT YOUR HOST. I cannot help you with an issue like this because I cannot (and will not) access your cPanel.
