5 ingredients to Fabulous! (well..8) Chicken Piazza

Hi Lovelies,
I am finally back with a quick crockpot recipe for you. We call it Chicken Piazza
Here are the ingredients:

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of dry italian seasoning
2 cups of pasta sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
4 large cloves of garlic..chopped
1 cup of shredded mozzarella

Place the chicken breast in the crock pot..cover with the seasonings, onion and pasta sauce.

cook on low for 3 hrs.

Sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese..allow it to melt..and enjoy!

@desirami: you shouldn't have to cook longer just because it's frozen chicken. Just let it thaw first then cook it. Doesn't have to be cooked at a higher temp or anything. But if you want to actually put the frozen chicken breast in then you will have to cook longer because it has to thaw it first before it can actually cook. Hope this helps.
