I can't say 'what works', because ppl are different with different affects and severity, but for me baby oil after showers and keeping my skin moisturized helps a lot. I even cut my hair really short just so I can apply baby oil on my scalp. I also notice a difference when I eat better: vegetables, eggs, meat, fruit, nuts, etc. over fast, frozen, processed crap. I never drank soda, coffee or alcohol, but if you do STOP!

BULLSHIT! SALICYLIC ACID HURTS LIKE A BITCH AND IT DOESNT REALLY HELP FOR SHIT ONLY BURNS SOME. THE HAIR LOSS IN PSORIASIS IS CAUSED BY BACTERIA GROWING ON THE OPEN WOUNDED SKIN... COAL TAR SHAMPOOS DONT WORK FOR ANY OF THE NEARLY 100 PPL I GOT TO ¨KNOW OVER THE YRS SO WHY THE FUCK DO THEY SAY ITS A "CURE"?!!??!
