@bourlivak88 I find it often works easier on actual pianos. Plastic keys hurt my fingers more - I dunno why. Incidentally, doing large numbers of glissandos, no matter how technically proficiently, is gonna make your fingers hurt. Lots. Learnt this the hard way :D

I'am pianist and isn't easy, is very difficult, but .... With time is easy.

Thanks, I hope I don't hurt myself

I ruptpured my nails and nail bands when practicing the glissando. THE PAIN!
It was actually one of the things that made me stop taking piano lessons as a kid, LOL. Definitely taking up piano again since you show how to not torture oneself with it xD

Thank you very much for this video! I was wondering how to avoid the pain, and this taught me how to do it. Thanks again!

Ouch. I tried on my Yamaha P155.. and it hurts. :(

I wish i would have seen this when I began sliding. I was all death metal bleeding on the keys, etc. Great camera work and instruction.

I'm suffering this right now. I don't know how I'm gonna solve this.

better than other tutorials

could u do glissando OCTAVES?
It´s not so easy...on keyboards with plastic keys you can make it how you want, but on the real pianos with wood keys it´s difficult, the keys are rubbing each other and it can make your fingers really sore :)
