it's in most of the shows. macavity comes on and points to the opposite side of the stage, where old deut walks on, but it's really another macavity in disguise.

Why do they have 2 Macavitys?

Because, during the show, Macavity appears on the balcon two times, and on stage to kidnap Old Deut. So there are two fake Macavity's for the balcons, and the real one kidnaps Old Deut, and he comes back dressed als Old Deut. Demeter exposes him and Macavity fights Munkustrap and Alonzo.
