apple customer service? HAHAHHAHA you realize apple computers are starting to get viruses and the apple geniuses have been instructed to ignore all help requests dealing with these viruses because it ruins the "macs dont get viruses" image. Woo, Apple customer care is the greatest!
Also, if I broke a screen on a Windows laptop in warranty, I bet they would replace it, if I did it on a mac, oh , how much would that cost? 100$?

Oh wait, scratch that 200$ Ultraportable with Aluminum, that one is plastic, still thinner than the Macbook air and only at 200$ though.
BUT, this is the one Asus is making to be released this year, better specs, Aluminum, and guess what, costs under 1000$.
