sounds like its from the intake manifold almost but they aint really possible o.o

have you found what the noise was? i have nearly the exact same sound coming ffrom mine, swapped the cam, lifters, pushrods, valve springs, found out that second piston towards firewall the lifter had chewed a bit off one of the cam lobes. still not sure what caused this tho because the lifter looked fine.

if the weathers warm over there you should drain the oil but dont take the filter off and if you put straight 30 in it it should quiet it but wont fix it
