Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) unveiled BlackBerry BBX, its next generation mobile platform that it says takes the best of the BlackBerry platform and the best of the QNX platform.
Additionally, RIM announced a series of developer tool updates, including WebWorks for BlackBerry smartphones and tablets, the Native SDK for the BlackBerry PlayBook and a developer beta of BlackBerry OS 2.0 with support for running Android applications.
Research In Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) has potential upside of 24.8% based on a current price of $22.94 and an average consensus analyst price target of $28.63.
Research In Motion is currently below its 50-day moving average (MA) of $25.74 and below its 200-day MA of $43.12.
