  • if im not mistaken that is the fitness first on kirkstall road in leeds..

  • Thats right, well do for noticing, you must go there to know that for you to be able to tell that? I am in there most days when not outside training or swimming.

  • is this your normal exercise routine?

  • No, I was absolutely knackered for about a week after this. I tried it 6 weeks before and failed passing out at 17hrs (i got the food wrong). May do it again sometime.

  • still think jason bourne would take ya !!.... ha seriously that was incredible jw how did you find pad work in thai boxing no matter how fit I was 5 x 3's on the pads pre fight would still fuck me lol

  • I agree with your comment. I am also shot after 15mins on pads. Love the intense all out pad sessions although not done any for a long time.

  • @fitguru100 He may be the fittest athlete in the world if you just counted cardiovascular and muscular endurance but in my mind that makes up one section of fitness.....Strength, power, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, accuracy and co ordination are all needed to be considered worlds fittest. You said it yourself it's a combination of skills that defines fitness. Best endurance athlete in the world? Probably. Fittest? Definitely not.

  • @jonoc13 I definitely Believe Robin Simps is Extraordinary :)), Nevertheless The Fittest And Best Endurance Athlete in The World Is None Other Than "PADDY DOYLE" He is untouchable and Has the Most Guinness World Records. He Has Earned The Title & I dare anyone Challenge Him

  • @SuperCoDMasta

actually, many animals do surpass man's endurance by far!

in the mammal section you have animal's like wolves who can cover 300km a day, and that isnt even "the fittest wolf in the world" just a regular one :)

a dog flea can jump constantly for about 3 days before finding a host.

people have neglected their bodies :)

of course if you train on something specific you will get a better result..

  • I counted 8 press ups.

  • @DeathMetalBoom why? its for shoulders, kinda easy

  • @jonoc13 You haven't got a clue about Paddy Doyle then it seems. Check out all his many other records which cover just about every aspect of fitness of which you speak. Jealousy is a bitter thing my friend.

  • @SuperCoDMasta That isn't true. Sled dogs for example, have endurance humans can't come close to.

  • 110 miles cycling? holy shit balls!!! y have a car?

  • 2:10 wheres the backpack..?

  • Is this the warm up?

  • 1:07 fuck that machine
