This is a review of the Comtech Stinger II. James Keating developed this tool many years ago, It is designed to be a simple key chain tool that will also act as a "Force multiplier".Comes in clear or black. It is very easily carried and concealed and it is an effective tool to stun an attacker, allowing you time to escape. This is a great tool that could be used as a non lethal weapon for defensive purposes, and could be perfectly paired with OC spray or a bright and blinding tactical flashlight (surefire 6p defender, Fenix ta20,tk11).

Should be legal in a majority of states but as always ***CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR LEGALITY.*** Please be aware that this tool can cause extreme injury or even death so think twice before you decided to use it in the appropriate situation.

-Pros-
-Concealable
-Quality Material
-Doesn't look like a self defense tool
-Can be attached to key ring
-Protects your handles and knuckles from being damaged or broken in a fight
-Did I mention only $10.00
-Great alternative for self defense in states with restrictive laws (Commyfornia, NewYork)

-Cons-
-So far none at all.

Overall I love this self defense tool and Im sure you will too.

**A special thank you to HellzzArmy aka JT for spreading the word on the Comtech Stinger II with his awesome videos. Make sure you check out his reviews and board breaking videos with the Comtech Stinger II.

  • Nice mushroom tip...

Prepare to be FUCKED in the forehead by my fist!

  • @bjggjb good info

  • @zippo9211989 I've carried a Stinger for the last 6 years. I suppose that brass knuckles would do more damage. But they're A. illegal almost everywhere and B. show up on metal detectors.

The Stinger? As far as I know there are no laws against it anywhere (I could always tell the cops it's an acupressure device!) and if I wanted, I could even sneak it onto a plane. It's also lighter and more concealable. So I'll take the Stinger, and you can have the paperweight (AKA brass knucks.)

  • good review

  • great review man, how would you compare it to brass knuckles, function wise, not legal wise.

  • seems like you could really hurt your fingers if your punch landed awkwardly

  • @iq201

Ya man I know what you mean, I don't want it to look like a weapon, just a key chain, so I scratched out "combat" with an old nail

  • comtech tinger vs nucks when in a fight?

  • @Hooah1524

    hey man a question

"Comtech Stinger is more compelling or powerful than a Brass knuckles?

    I hope your answer

  • @KAYNOMY Sigh, never at either, You can buy one at Alpha Innovations. They aren't illegal i would imagine if you are defending yourself. In Washington (State) Guns are ok to have, but knives oh no!
