@bohemian2044 @Francesco, thank you for getting in touch with me! I have found some of my cousins in Italy on Facebook. You father learned to play American Baseball?? Very big out here, I'm a NYYankee's fan, LOVE Baseball too! Sorry, But i have not been back to Italy since i was a teenager, the only name that comes to mind is..Pippo* he was a boyfriend of mine in Sorbo, Pippo was a nickname. I remember some things, but not everything, i wish i could.

@Robbin5113 I'm Francesco and my grandmother is from Sorbo. I live in Rome but I stay in Sorbo every year on summer. My father when he was a child played with some children from USA in Sorbo and they thaught him play baseball. My father's name is Maurizio did you know him? About your father I can ask my gradmother if she knew him. I will tell you if I find out something.

Ciao!! My dad was born in Sorbo..I was there as a child, but i don't remember a whole lot. I would LOVE to get alot more info. on Sorbo..my dad has passed yrs ago, his name...RINALDO VENZI...he does still have family in Italy. PLEASE if someone can help me with more info...I would truly be so thankful.. it would mean the world to me, and to have a piece of my dad's heritage...Grazie Tutti!!!!!
