@1996Dagger I was having the same problem myself. If you haven't changed the controls, hold R3 and move the left joystick up or down to zoom in or zoomout. Have fun bro :)

Seph, I have noticed that your third-person view zooms out more than my third-person view does.

Is it because you are on the PC, and I play the ps3? or is there some button function I am unaware of? Thanks for the awesome vids. My argonian assassin is your number 1 fan
