Ok so first click these buttons on your keyboard all at the same time CTRL SHIFT C which should bring a blue bar at the top of your screen this is known as the console bar. Ten type in as I put it here testingcheatsenabled true of you want to turn off the cheat just type testingcheatsenabled false which will disable the cheat. This cheat I use to make sims my friend and to put my needs up high so I can make my sims do what ever they want to at any time!
