One of the fighting demonstrations was done by SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism), which is a non-profit society that stretches world-wide and studies medieval times to try and reproduce them as accurate as possible.
It is a shame that you weren't able to take photos of the actual combat and caught only a class taught by Count Konrad to one of the Youth Fighters (under 18 combat program).
Tis was fun and a good day to be had by all!
