During his lifetime Vivaldi was the most famous composer in all of Europe. His patrons were many and his operas were the only game in town. This is a fine example but credit should be given to the musicians as well as to the composer. ASCAP rules apply here, but this is probably less than 20% of the opera. Grey area, indeed. Why would you post another artist's work? Shouldn't the record company be given the credit? They did pay for the entire orchestra, the hall, the recording, etc.. huh?
