obviously you shouldn't try to one up 'Rosemary's baby'__because that scene's considered one of the most horrifying scenes ever commited to film.
I'd suggest downplaying the rape a bit.

It depends: if you're looking for an intense but morbidly opague sort of deal, then the answer is 'Rosemary's Baby'__if you're looking for something more physically graphic but isn't a porno, then you want 'Ichi the killer'.
