Ekaterina Gordeeva - Tribute to Sergei Grinkov. This skating performance was announced to be her last appearance on the ice. The whole word enjoyed every second of it, and we do miss G&G. Thanks for the wonderful moments. Thanks God She is stil skating.

Katia had good friends and skating family that helped her get through a real tough time. I was so glad to see her continue skating. Hard to believe that Daria is 18 now. She looks just like Sergei.

I believe this performance was meant to be the beginning of her singles career -- in her book, she says she skated up to Scott as if to ask, Can I skate as a single? I don't know that it was ever meant to be her last appearance on the ice, like the caption indicates. She came back to Stars on Ice with the "Morning" number like a month or two after this.

What a courageous woman she is. I always remember this couple when they skated and it was such a tragedy, it was like a sad movie unfolding on ice. She has inspire so many and I do hope her little girl can skate like her and her daddy.
