@mduckett20 What affirmations do you suggest in improving a relationship that is not so good? Also, what affirmations should one use when trying to emotionally detach themselves from a negative situation, person, place or thing, but not in a negative way.
Thanks in advance.

I learned in my past, when I had a very low self-esteem. I worked hard to bring to realization that if I didn't love myself, no one else would. Then I read the bible and I read the passage that God answered " I am that I am". Yes! I am, I am that I am. I have within me the spark of divinity for I am a son of God.

@World0fWhorecraft i see him using it as a metaphor, in terms of wholeness, greatness. he could have said i love the universe... gaining momentum etc..
You have some really great videos and excersises that I think are very beneficial to alot of people, including myself. I just believe it can be dangerous when a person eventually gets in the mindset of saying "I love God" after using your excersise for example. How will they sustain that and by what faith in themselves can they continue to love themselves? since we are all human and we all make mistakes.

@jsalt78 By constantly reminding ourselves to take note of what we're doing right in life helps. Remember, it's all a process of reprogramming our minds and lives to become our ideal selves. This requires a constant conditioning. Just as we take a regular shower to clean off the new dirt, we need to take regular steps to keep our thoughts clean and directed to what we want in life.
