What You Get - AU - Hermione/Bella

It's an AU Twilight Harry Potter crossover femslash time travel extravaganza!

While on a school trip in fourth year, Hermione and Harry are out in town, enjoying the sites in lovely Forks, Washington. Unexpectedly, they witness a young girl being hit by a car. Hermione, incredibly distraught, uses the time turner and she and Harry go back in time to save her. The girl experiences a strange feeling of deja vu, and Harry and Hermione return to their hotel room.

A few weeks later, they encounter the girl at a local coffee house and she introduces herself as Bella Swan. Hermione is very glad to meet her and the two quickly become best friends. Sadly, all things come to an end, and the hogwarts students return to school.

One morning, Hermione daydreams of Bella while she is at breakfast. Her stomach flutters anxiously for unknown reasons. Back in Forks, Bella is also thinking of Hermione, daydreaming the day away. She realizes she had feelings for Hermione.

Hermione also realizes she had romantic feelings toward Bella, and with Harry's help, she steals a hippogriff and leaves Hogwarts, destination Forks.

Bella slowly spirals downward, thinking she will never see Hermione again. She tries to convince her father Charlie to send her to England, but he refuses, stating that they don't have the money for that. She begins to spend time with her friend Jacob, trying to get Hermione off of her mind.

Meanwhile, Harry and Hermione are still travelling. Harry is thrilled at the new adventure, and Hermione is even beginning to perk up as they get closer to the US.

They reach Forks late one evening just as the sun is beginning to set. The two decide to set up camp, when they spot a girl. Hermione's heart jumps into her throat. It's Bella, out for a hike. Harry and Hermione run after her. They call out Bella's name.

Bella, startled, turns around to look at them and sees Hermione for the first time in months.

The two go out to a park the next day and Bella professes her love to Hermione. What follows are three weeks of bliss. Hermione and Harry stay in town and the girls spend time with each other as often as they can.

The joy quickly turns to fear as Hermione wakes up one morning to find Bella missing. She's been captured by a hungry, sadistic vampire. Hermione goes looking for her and finds them. Enraged, she kills the vampire and saves Bella, revealing herself as a witch.

Bella is shocked, but she loves Hermione. She's very comfortable around her and not the least bit frightened. She promises to stick by Hermione's side, no matter what.
