Hyper Bug huge wheelie

The Hyper Bug does wheelies in 3 gears at Farmington NC drag strip. The car is driven by Adam Badgett, crew chief Freddy Badgett.
Badgett Brothers Racing built the engine and do all the mechanical work on this 1966 pan based VW, powered by a 1641 CC Stock block,stock crank and 8 mm head studs. The Brothers are great machinists, if you look at the "Hyper Bug 2008 sneak preview" video, you can see the
cylinder heads, intake, exhaust, turbo setup,pushrod tubes, pulleys and brackets made by the Brothers.
Our normal film crew is the Jester Brothers, this great bit of Hyper Bug madness was filmed by Daniel Bulluck, a 13 year old fan at the race. Thanks Daniel for such a good video.
