FREE Kore Player is no longer available !! It's been Discontinued :( Please Comment !! Rate !! Subscribe !! Come along on a tour of Native Instruments Kore Player. This is a free virtual instrument that comes with over 900MB of very usable sounds once you download both the free Kore factory library and the Christmas 2009 Compilation Sound pack. Everybody should have this to work with in their music production....

  • hi plugin guru.....great video.......i just want to ask what is that other software you are using.....not kore 2 player the other one

    Thanks

  • @MrNiiky - Hi there - I'm using Logic Pro and loading up the Kore Player inside of a channel strip in Logic....

  • Hi plugin guru.... thanks for this video. i would like to ask how to use kore2 player with Kontrol X1 set to Midi mode...pls

  • @mungkey - I don't have a Kontrol X1 so I'm not the person that can help you.

  • or can you just record with this and put stuff on soundcloud or export it to itunes?

  • @jarruda91 - this is a musical instrument. So you need to probably work up your song unless you want to do a real-time performance. Either way, you have to play it first before you can take it any farther (audio exporting, for example). You HAVE to have something you want to export first, right ???

  • i just got kore 2 and i would like to know where i could get a lo-fi downsampler for it and how i would make it work

  • @Adiiefication you can use the midi bar in garage band, just select the kore player as an audio instrument...

  • 4:24 YESS I AM DOWNLOADING! how did you knoooowwwww?

  • @thepluginguru - Can i somehow link this app with some virtual midi keyboard? ( sorry for dummy questions )

  • @Adiiefication - Adie, yes you need a keyboard to get the most functionality out of this. If you use the "FX" only part, then you don't because you're sending either audio or another virtual instrument THRU this. But yes, you need a USB or MIDI (with MIDI interface) keyboard talking to your computer or else it doesn't know what you want it to play :D
