  • The old charger I have goes up to 4 amps. It doesn't have a switch to select it; just a 6/12 volt switch and I set it on 12. If I remember correctly, the needle went up to about 2+ amps. I left it on over night on each end of the exhaust. Some pieces cleaned up better than others and over all, it was worth the small effort.
