Everybody, I'd like to say this is an old video and since I've made it I've learned that all these bands suck and are conforming sell outs. I used to love this crap at a time but I realized real punk is better, these bands genres shouldnt even have the word punk in the name. Oi to the real bands like Leftover Crack and The Exploited. I should have deleted this video a long time ago but the reason I haven't right now is because I want everybody to read what I just typed and realize these bands sold out the true punk scene.

this is an old video i made when i used to actually like this crappy music. i just wanted to say screw these bands real punk music is alot better, i had forgotten about this video. Punk like Rancid, Leftover Crack, The Exploited, Choking Victim, Special Duties thats all the real music. All these pop punk bands are basically wanna be punk bands that sold out the real music. And by the way Fall Out Boy is the biggest whiney emo band out there.

I agree i hate this video and it was a waste of my life to make. I hate this music now, I'd rather listen to the exploited or something im out of this stupid pop punk poser scene. i found out what real punk was and honestly i have to say i fell in love, all these kids saying fall out boy is good and all that, piss off there whiney emo posers, they sold out and conformed to a scene that was all about a fashion. Good Charlotte, Fall Out Boy, Blink 182 they can all go die for allI care.

Badreligion3333, people do usually listen to this crap before real punk but the problem is they dont get into the real music. Pop punk is basically selling out the real stuff. Pop punk is what happens to punk when it conforms, its an ugly sight. Hot Topic is crap and they too try to sell out punk.

I grew up with it like my dad grew up with rock n roll like my brother grew up with metal I will always love this genre of music no matter how many people say its for kids who wanna feel like their punk. I would hate nothing more thna to feel like a walking attitude problem with a mohawk. I love all music from metal to blues to rock n roll but most of all i love the music a grew up with.

there are some good pop-punk bands out there like such gold, fireworks, set your goals, a loss for words, the wonder years who don't promote the same radio friendly sound like all time low, good charlotte etc.

Pop-punk is a good genre if you don't compare it to punk. These aren't the only pop-punk bands out there anyway. NFG, Saves The Day, Junes Not Faking, etc... I enjoy both styles. It's like someone enjoying rock and metal. One is just harder than the other.

Plus, I see no point to complain about conformity and selling out. It's not punk-rock to be punk-rock.

@nothinisavailable Is right, if you like pop punk, listen to it, there's nothing stopping you, real punks, if you think about, are the real posers, 'cause they demand "Real" punks to do the same things, to listen to the same music, to act the same way, to dress the same way. Where as bands like Blink, don't care what they do or what they play.

Just because you're a "Real" punk now, doesn't mean you still can't enjoy these bands.
