  • The mesa was on about 7/8 out of 10 volume wise, the cab is indeed in another room that is fully acoustic treated. Its running through an Orange 4 x 12 and it's just quite in the control room as the kick drum and click track are more important. We worke out all the tones before we started tracking. This video is very old now! my band have since changed our name to Titans and i now scream instead of play guitar.

  • i love hearing people bitch about the metronome. this is a recording studio. this dude wasnt playing to make a cool vid, he was recording a track. do you really think he gives 2 fucks about the metronome being louder than him? its actually supposed to be louder so you can keep pace with it and not have it get lost in your sound and have you go off time

  • drop gAy tuning

  • Don't know why people freak out about doing drop A on a six string but they're all for A#, it's really not much different. My 7 string is essentially a 6 just with a slightly thicker neck, same scale length and it sounds fine down to drop G#.

  • why maxon od n not ibanez ts9? im having trouble deciding which to get

  • @BilangualPotato666 Or an 8 its retarded to drop that much it doesnts sound good at all but some will never learn

  • @BilangualPotato666 lets see spend a 1000 dollors or retune

  • @MorqanCore I can assure you that the guitar I keep in Bb standard will sound heavier than a guitar in Drop C.

  • that was too brutal....

  • i don't get why people drop a 6string to drop A. just buy a 7.

  • needs more cowbell

  • @MorqanCore nah all drop tunings are the same drop d and drop c will sound the same one will just be in a c lower octave say for example i play a chord in drop c i can play the same chord in drop d if i move down an octave.

all standard tunings sound the same

all drop tunings sound the same.

they just get heavier and thicker as you go down.
