    One topic that might be important, but seems to be overlooked is the individual (worker), and their culture.

    Thomas L. Friedman said that “In China today, Bill Gates is Britney Spears. In America today, Britney Spears is Britney Spears-and that is our problem.”

    How does culture fit into this puzzle? What about the individual?

    Is the problem -and solution- necessary top down from Government and Business?
