@shoblob I know you don't know jack shit about guns from this comment, The AK-47 is by far one of the best guns ever made, which is why its still in use today with almost no upgrades to its system what so ever. It doesn't matter if you think it sucks its a worldwide fact its one of the most versatile rifles in the world. Try and win this argument, I OWN my own gun range and store. Counter strike or what ever you're playing kid doesn't count for shit in the real world.

just look at the post date and youll see that I posted this before mw2 came out.... so it means that only 3 guns chosen were on cod4 (the only modern cod game at the time, and no my opinion on these 3 guns are not according cod)

Ak's are pretty accurate.  Not a tac driver but well into mil accuracy. I get tight groups between 100-200 yds with my sgl-21. To people who have neer fired them Ak's are way more accurate then you think and m4/16 are way more reliable then you think....bunch of fuckin joystick couch commandos.

Parts are everyplace....ammo is common and shared with allies....5.56 round 55-62 gr will fragment at cannelure from 2500 fps + 2300fps+ for 75-77 gr. I don't have unrealistic expectations of one shot kills from a fighting carbine...you watch too many movies...adrenalin is a hell of a thing and will keep people goin when they shouldn't be..google m16 leg shot...I would not want to be on the receiving end of 1.

So many countries use aks because the made copies of it and cheap to make A ton of aks used now are not Russian they Are bulgies, norincos. Also they use Russian ones 'cause Russia sold off a ton of arms for cheap so poor countries can now have a infantry weapons. I like my civi version don't get me wrong but it's no magic laser beam vaporizing machine over more modern systems.

First off I bet 99% of you have never touched a 416. 2nd we have been cramming pistons in the m16 platform since 1970 or so and never caught on. The BCG just not designed for it and causes problems. A piston system needs a "stacked" BCG on rails with the return spring somewhat in line with the piston. Sorry The weapon you thought so tacticool on your video game/future weapons/ history channel is not that great. It won't catch on. Want a piston but a gun designed for it
