Level design is hit and miss but mostly very hit. There are things like spikes positioned in places that look out of place in a Sonic game.

And why does everyone use the Sonic CD jumping sound?

I have no idea... I liked the jump sound from Sonic 1, 2, and 3 better, as well. :(

Where did they get the ring item box SFX from anyway or was it costom?

This is a fairly good hack, but I don't care for the Sonic CD jumping sound or the SFX Sonic makes when he gets an extra life from Sonic CD...and I feel they could have used the Sonic 3 sprites since I feel they are cleaner, but probably so they didn't have to revamp the super peel out sprites?

i dont get why you free animals at the end of the stage, the enemies in this game appear to be made from rings...
