Hello mate, I too started barefoot running 4weeks ago and have managed to build my distance up to 10k's. You say in your video you have done over a 1000 in your vibrams, what is the longest distant in a single session you have covered and how long did it take? I'm hoping to run a marathon in my vibrams..

Hey, you said you were flat footed... have you had any problems since using Five Fingers or has your feet improved. I want to buy a pair but I'm worried because I also have flat feet! Thanks for the in-depth review too!!!

@markmcdaid15 Hi - Currently I do have some problems with pain along the site of my right foot heel and arch after it has cooled down after a run - especially an offroad run in rough terrain > 8 kms. Strangely enough it is my right foot I put perfectly onto the ground compared to my left. During the winter I ran almost every day which probably have caused the overload. Currently I am trying to solves the problem with CEP compression sleeves which I put on 1-2 hours prior to a run

@markmcdaid15 The CEP compression sleeves seems to help fixing the the injury wearing them for a few hours prior - under - and past a run meaning I have them on taking the shower :-)

Wonderful review. Thank you. Vibram should pay you. :) I just ordered the KSO Trek. Did you happen to notice that your calves are bigger or more defined?

@nocoercion Sorry! At the end I address the my VFFs as "KSO FLOW" - Its the the "FLOW TREK" model I use.

@rnj300769 I thought the Flow Trek was designed for wet activities. I just tried the KSO Trek out in 35°F windy weather and walked through a little left over snow as well. My toes were extremely cold afterward. I got them because they have an aggressive tread and plan to use them for hiking, in less cold weather. Do you find the Flow too warm in summer?

@nocoercion Hi again, The Flow Trek are definitely significantly warmer than the KSO Trek. However I am no sure if they are warm enough for walking. I have been running in 4°F without any problems. However the blood circulation is less when walking so I am not sure if they are warm enough for your demands :-/
