It's been SEVEN months now on polyphasic sleep. My partner who I was working with when I started couldn't believe I'd been doing it so long. He said "How long will you do this?" and I said "Forever, although I may at one point go to every man if I find myself with other obligations".

SEVEN MONTHS!
Todays blog is about how Im going to blog, and how I filmed myself sleeping a few times. And at the end I make a plea to stop stalking me. It is really getting obnoxious. I don't want to change all of my accounts. People stop looking me up.

Anyways

My schedule is still the same:

6:40 am
12 Noon
4:30 pm
6:40 pm
10:40 pm
2:40 am
Sometimes I also nap at 4:40am, but not normally.

  • I did polyphasic for a few weeks. Lowers brain functions noticeably after a few weeks. Its easy if you don;t have a lot to do with your life but for those who need to keep their comprehension at max its a bad idea. Also, I found no correlation between stalking and polyphasic sleeping but this may be an example of what I meant about a persons comprehension on a prolonged sleep cycle like this. <--not kidding either

  • @BlakcNinja Yep, if you dont pass through what we call "Adaptation" which lasts about 30 days, you will not get your brain functioning back correctly. You quit at what is literally the hardest part of the adaptation, I remember one day blinking and I had driven to work. After 30 ish days your body is so used to it, everything goes back to normal. Actually at day 11 it progressively gets easier, but you never feel normal until 28-30

  • Hey, ok I was kind of interested in the first couple of minutes but then you seemed to start obsessing over yourself somewhat or being paranoid of people stalking you, this may be due to the alter of your state of mind during this sleeping pattern. Sorry that I also too am being bold or blunt, maybe im being out of line about that. I was more interested to hear what phycological effects this polyphasic sleep has Is it productive, is it similar to a high , does it being ideas, whats the bennefit?

  • This is only an update.... you should check my older videos to find out more. It does not alter your state of mind except during the initial adaptation.

  • @aeia so would you recommend it now?

  • @aeia k, gotcha

  • @cruzc09 This was a lot time ago, bro.. you are wayyy behind.

  • It's not polyphasic sleepers that attract stalkers its virtually everybody who has a presence on the internet, or making an impact offline. Being called dumb, strange propositions, sex proposals and even death threats is actually sad but quite normal.

  • Would you (or anyone) suggest using the everyman as a way slowly get into an uberman sleeping schedule, or would it be better to just jump right in?

  • Hey gurl..yo are so pretty & intelligent.. I wish to have a wife like you!
