- This is totally pointless as no studies has never proved that stretching before exercising can reduce the risk of injuries. Believing that you HAVE to stretch before training is just superstition.
- While you do your silly stretching you cool down, and this is not good as you want to raise the body's temperature (it's called "WARM-UP" for some reason !).
- You look ridiculous !

My PE teacher said never to rotate neck all the way around. Just From side, down, to side. And do the 'looking up' stretch separately. Dangerous otherwise.
