I disagree. This is the kind of thinking that leads people to never plan ahead, never build wells, never build infrastructure, never solve problems. "Do not be afraid of the future," etc. The opposite: Plan ahead and improve future generations' lives

You guys are missing the message. He didnt say live completely fearless. He was saying that we shouldn't be stressed out in our daily lives over pre-conceived predictions about the future that won't nessecarily happen. Or that we shouldnt be hindered from action by assuming the outcome will be bad. He isnt saying disregard common sense about rational reasons to be afraid.
