Nah, Larry Graham was a member of Sly and the Family Stone and is one of the greatest electric bass guitar players that ever lived. He invented the technique of slapping on the electric bass, which this track uses heavily. I'm just exaggerating how good the sequenced bass track sounds, is all.

That's exactly right.
Virt used a lot of Motifs from the old scores of Contra games here and there.
But then developed even more individual ideas for the songs.

@TheJacklopz hmm well ok...then they should just have Bill and lance...(before contra for ps because lance died)...Team up with Contra Hard Corps team. If they did metal slug that would be 8 Characters. thats just to many for a two player shooter

It's not really a remix, though. The only thing similar is the intro. Just think of it as a completely new tune instead of holding it up to Contra 3's standards! :-)
