Fort Belvoir landlord trying to kick a resident out

Dear Channel 9, I'm a resident of Fort Belvoir's Village Apartments. All I'm requesting is for someone to investigate these premises that the landlord is
moving people into.If you take some time to look at these videos you will see the living conditions that my family and my neighbors live in.
I have contacted housing authority and other agencies but they only accept complaints. My issue with the landlord is the conditions of the apartments

At first I thought they were talking about the army base in Virginia called Fort Belvoir, but once the mentioned the homeless guy living behind the building I figured out I have no fucking clue what they are talking about. Not a lot of homeless folks on army bases.
