Receiving Communion with Mary's Heart

After complete consecration to the Immaculate heart of Mary, say before holy communion:

I renounce my corrupt nature and dispositions...I belong entirely to you dear Mother, and all I have is yours. Mary lend me your heart, so that I may receive Jesus your Son with your dispositions, because you Son's glory requires that He shouldn't come into a heart like mine, so sullied and fickle as my own. It could not fail to diminish His glory and might cause Him to leave. Sweet Mother take up your abode in me to receive your Son. All I have given you of my possessions is little enough to honor you, but in Holy Communion I wish to give you the same gifts as the Eternal Father gave you. Mother, Jesus whose love for you is unique, still wishes to take His delight and His repose in you...even in my soul, even though it's poorer and less clean than the stable which he readily entered. I beg you Mother to lend me your heart. O Mary, I take you for my all give me your heart!

Lord I am not worthy that Thou shouldst come under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.
Father I am unworthy, because of my evil words and such ingratitude to such a good Father, I am unworthy to receive your only begotten Son, but Mary your handmaid acts for me, her presence gives me a special confidence and hope in you.

Lord I am not worthy...Jesus I am unworthy, because of my useless and evil words and my carelessness in your service, but nevertheless have pity on me! Because I am going to usher you the house of your Mother and mine, and I won't let you go until you have made it your home. Rise and come to the place of your repose and the ark of your sanctification. I have not faith in my own merits, strength, and preparedness, but only in Mary, my Mother. Although I am a great sinner, I still presume to approach you supported by your holy Mother and adorned with her merits and virtues.

Lord I am not worthy...Holy Spirit I am unworthy, to receive the master piece of your love because of my lukewarmness, wickedness, and resistance to your inspirations. But nonetheless, I place my confidence in Mary your faithful spouse. "She is my greatest safeguard the whole foundation of my hope." I beg you to overshadow Mary, your inseparable spouse, once again. Sweet Holy Spirit if you do not enter my soul neither Jesus nor Mary will be formed there, nor will it be a worthy dwelling for them.
