@GabrielsAwesome absolutely good gun to figure out how it works too because its very simple, yet if you do somehow fudge up the gun, parts are cheap and a new gun is a 100 away.

I've got a Ruger 10/22 and a Mossberg 500, and I'm looking at buying a Mosin Nagant as my third firearm. I figure it's a good (cheap) step up to a larger caliber rifle. Would you agree?
