@4148866 That's not true. The problem is it is impossible to prosecute a pimp unless you have proof that meets the legal elements of the crime. Primarily the prostitute would have to agree to testify against the pimp(s), which doesn't happen very often. Its not like TV show - the case isn't over in 30 minus and the victim is not put in witness protection. The pimp is granted bail and will find the prostitute.
