Linden Warner & Rody Buang on 500cc in Speedway Malaysia

Linden Warner (GB) at 44 has not raced on a Speedway bike for 18 years and Rody Buang (MAL) at 25 has just started off on a 500cc bike. They both ran the Jawa 500cc on the night of the Speedway Malaysia Open championship event on the 4 Aug 2007 to whet Malaysia's appetite. Linden assists Ivan Mauger in Ivan's absence to train Malaysian riders.

Linden has just started re-training his skills not used for 18 years while Rody showed other young Malaysian riders that Malaysians can be on their way to improve to international level in a few years as soon as funding is available for them to start training in earnest.
