  • @fizzybrasil They're showing you different ways to do a pull-up. Not everyone can do perfect pull-ups. I bet you started off with chairs too. So think before you make fun of others. Show-off.

  • @Sigurd82 Do lots of curls with heavy weights. Work your way up to pull-ups. This only applies to women, if you are a man and cannot do pull ups, you are a sad case.

  • @fizzybrasil So, for those that can only hang there on the bar, or at all, how would you suggest getting started with pullups?
