Zach Young & Julie Mayer (feat. Porter Scavo) - Don't you wait for me - Desperate Housewives

STORY: After inheriting his grandfather's money, Zach decides to leave his old life behind him, including Julie. One day Zach sees Julie together with another boy - Austin. Zach can't help but get jealous. At his home, Zach remembers his time with Julie and how happy he was. He decides to do something. He gets a new look and sends Julie a letter, telling her that he misses her. Julie, who just got dumped by Austin, is happy to hear from Zach, and she goes to visit him at his huge house.
The two once again connect and feelings they once shared for each other are restored. But Zach realizes that Julie deserves someone better than himself and gives her a note saying so. Once again, he is out of her life. 8 years pass and Zach's life isn't exactly perfect. Julie spots him buying drugs. After knowing where Zach lives, from Mike, Julie goes to confront him and tells him that he should go to rehab. Zach doesn't want to go and only wishes to be alone. Julie gives up, but Mike and Paul eventually sends Zach to rehab. After five months in rehab, Zach is ready to start a new life. One night, at a club, Zach spots Julie. She is not alone. Porter Scavo is there and he and Julie seem to connect. Zach is once again, jealous. 6 months pass and Zach keeps thinking about Julie. He finds out that Julie is still "hanging out" with Porter. Zach confronts Porter, telling him that he is an old friend of Julie's and asks Porter if he is dating Julie. Porter tells Zach that he loves Julie, but Zach finds it hard to believe that Porter, who is much younger than Julie, could be serious. Zach tells Porter: "I know that you want to believe that"...then Porter quickly thinks about the baby and how he hope to marry Julie so that the baby would be raised by its real mother and father. "What would I do with the baby" asks Porter. Zach is shocked. He doesn't know anything about a baby and responds "What!"? Disgusted by the fact that Porter had been with Julie, upsets him so much, that Zach without a warning, punches Porter. The two young men start a fight. Porter then goes to Julie and proposes. Julie gets upsets and can't believe he would do such a stupid thing when they clearly are not in a romantic relationship. Julie asks Porter what made him ask and Porter says that it would be best for the baby and that he loves her and tells her that he finally got the nerve to ask her when her old "friend" talked to him. Julie asks who and Porter tells her it was Zach. Porter pulls out his ring and once again, asks Julie to marry him. Julie storms out yelling. A couple of days later Zach gets an unexpected visit. It is Julie. The two reunite and eventually start dating again...

What will happen when the baby comes? Well I guess we'll find out on the show :)

sdshjdh this is flawless! so creative! I wish something like this would happen in the show, obviously it can't exactly happen. I'd love for Zach to return, either having him and Julie reuniting or just having a stint with him again. Even with Mike's funeral, I can't see it happening :( Anyway, amazing video I love it so much! :D

aww thank you! That would be a dream if something similar would happen on DH..but now as you say, the chances of Zach returning before the show ends are extremely low, however I'll still cross my fingers. I would so love if they made Zach visit Susan to pay his respect to Mike - his real father! The producers/writers did say they wanted to bring as many familiar faces back in the final episode as possible, so why not Zach. Mary Alice is 100 % certain to make an appearance (that I read recently).
