I love me some Doughboys...I remember getting "Whatever" on vinyl way back when...
they just got better with each album.
I was lucky enough to see them in MD with the HardOns...great show

I agree..."Crush" is a great album. I do think "Happy Accidents" is right up there though...

Have you heard Kastner's latest album, Have You Seen Lucky? It's on par with Turn It On, I'd say. A little slower, a little softer, but not by much. It just sounds like a Doughboys album circa the new millenium. Good shit.

This is probably the best band that noone's ever heard of. Thanks for ths clip, although I wish it were the whole show. 1996's "Turn Me On" is one of the BEST CDs I own. Every song on it is a winner. I agree... Kastner is a genius. It's too bad that they burned out so quickly. I followed Kastner with All Systems Go. Not that impressed. He may have reached his zenith with The Doughboys.
