He gained the weight from stress and meeds, not just because of him breaking his leg, but since then he's been really up and down with it. One minute he's skinny, the next minute he's gained it all back.

This was before he broke his leg and gained weight. But if you look at the picture on the homepage of their website, he is skinny again now
