New Haven (WTNH) - One Connecticut job firm is helping military veterans returning from the battlefield adjust to civilian life.

Kevin Jackson and Jim Malski of ActionCOACH/Next Level Firm joined us this morning to talk about the program and an upcoming business seminar.

ActionCOACH/Next Level Firm works with Connecticut's veterans, helping them reassimilate back into the private sector, start a business, learn to network, and adjust to non-military work.

Jim will be conducting a seminar on June 30 from 3-5 p.m. with Rings End Lumber of Stratford. Those who attend the seminar can learn more about how to keep their business afloat during the economic downturn, how to attract new business, how to generate new leads, and more.

The Rings End Lumber Educational Opportunity Event will take place at 160 Avon St. in Stratford.
