Demolish that building and replace it with luxury condos.. If you came here illegally and are now complaining that you cannot afford to live in the big city (hmm, big surprise) due to your lack of education, you need to return to your country of origin and make way for educated people who can make a valuable contribution to America.. not including cutting grass, washing dishes, or blowing leaves..
