Wrong about one thing....the Planet Leo lands on is called Ashlar, it was not an alternate Earth.

@joep359 As it turns out, "Rise of the planet of the apes" (2011) is a reboot of the series that will branch off into even more movies.
-
dude you are genius .
-
you are very smart. But LEO was very stupid. Not that he could have known that he would end up in an alternate planet of the planet he already was on, but i should just have stayed in the first place since there, he got this really hot blonde chick and peace just began betweet the apes and humans. Now...he just have to start all over again.

@PS3GAMEPLAY01 No its talking about the ICARUS getting lost, the spaceship from the original movie PLANET OF THE APES(1968). Watch it again it even shows the astronauts and the spaceship itself entering mars atmosphere then disappearing thats why the newspaper says "lost in space"
-
Two things, one in the rise of the planet of the apes the kid is passing out a news paper, on it it says "Lost in space" referring to the guy getting lost in the wormhole. Second im confused whos fault is it Loe's(mark) or will(james)

is there a connection between this movie and the others? if it has, what film doesn't?
