Pranking the high school - Prank Call

Yet another from the 1986 series, and another in the hassling educators department. Most of these people were not very good educators to start with, but in this particular instance it was about who was making the call, at least who I was attempting to imitate anyway. This guy was a notorious douchebag from our hometown, and had recently dropped out of school. It was just a convenient excuse to cause trouble using someone else's name that we didn't like while also hassling principals (or in this case a dean) that we also didn't like. More childish prank calls.
